Fraser M100 mixer

I’ve recently purchased a Fraser M100 mixer with a M7 roller mill on top at a farm sale, I’ve only ever used Alvin Blanch mill/mixer in the past and they seem to run quicker than the Fraser. Can I speed the Fraser up a little? What is that grey lump attached to the motor?

I've got an M7 , but it's pto drive , run it in 1000
You may need to change pulleys
