I am looking for shooting permission to exercise pest and vermin control on
My name is Paul Stanton; I am 36 years old, I have been shooting for 20 years now and enjoy the hobby very much along with the added bonus of helping the farmer/land owner by controlling pests such as pigeons, rooks, crows, rabbits, rats and squirrels.
With this in mind, I feel that I can be of assistance to you should you offer me permission to shoot pests on your land. I have 2 brand new shotguns and air rifle and can shoot sypathetically with noise in mind, I have a suppressed Hushpower shotgun that shoots a very nice subsonic load making it as quite as a spring air rifle, I also have a side by side both in 12 guage and have a totally silent PCP 22 air rifle, I can also shoot silently during the hours or darkness if that is required to rid those nocturnal pests with the aid of night vision equipment
All livestock, property, borders and boundaries will be respected. I can also be your eyes and ears when I am on your land - can keep a watch for any fly tipping of rubbish or people trespassing on your land and inform you of anything you would find detrimental to your business
I never take chances when shooting with regards to the safety of others and myself
I always respect the wishes of the landowner and obey any rules or restrictions he/she may lay down.
I am a current full member of the B.A.S.C. and always carry my membership I.D. card and proof of shooting insurance with me whenever I go out on a shoot which can be can produced to you if required.
I am also more than happy to share my landscaping or carpentry skills in exchange for shooting permission and I am willing to travel good distances on a regular basis
