Free Range Nest Boxes

Anyone any experience of McGregor / Halo mobile free range layer sheds? If so, has anyone used raised nestboxes to allow more slatted space to be able to stock more hens (or allow more space per hen)?
Any pitfalls? eg floor eggs access to slats underneath for cleaning etc
Or is it just best to have the nestboxes at slat level and just have less hens?

We have some Mcgr. tunnels - just the little ones.
SKA nest box about 16" off floor
Need that slat area to satisfy free rang rules.
Very few eggs laid undderneath
Heard some people fence off the area under box when pullets arrive
Be tricky to clean b/n flocks if not raised

We use a McGregor house with Jansen nest boxes raised above the slats. We only have 200 in an 8x6m house, so about half capacity, but very few eggs on the floor, and they are generally clean anyway. The slats keep themselves clean beneath the nest boxes.
