I do declare the mig-ark combo in my workshop thall shall not see the light of day again....... because I have a new friend :playful:

It's fully mobile (y)

Compact (y)

Needs no power (y)

And only the most skillful pro can master it

Fixed the digger with it today

I once smashed a sump in a corsa and cleaned it off with carb cleaner stuck loads of that on an just bolted it back on worked great

Did similar with a peugot 306, except the hole was so big you could get your hand in it, so i cut the bottom out of a quality street tin and shaped that to fit, before plastering the whole lot with JB weld

it was as oiltight as it was before it had the hole in it, in other words it still left a trail of oil where ever it went

Can we be enlightened as to exactly what you repaired with it? I'm assuming it wasn't a structural part or have I underestimated it's bodgering potential?

stuck the pto stub in the old 6800 we used to have when tthe splines went
Good clean off the lathered it on,left it a couple of days.
was still there when we sold tractor.
Not sure what new owner would do if he wanted 1000 spline shaft though, cos there was no way that was going to turn round again;)
