It's a good job I got this tablet to use, flat on my back in bed because it's the only place I can be comfortable.
Yesterday had 4hrs in hospital because the doctor thought I had cracked vertebra but no just 4 collapsed discs and 2 more not very good above them. Seems like I will be taking easy for a while.

sounds serious.
back trouble is miserable, to say the least.
what was the cause -or has it been developing for a long time .?

That's pretty rough. Hopefully it soon gets to the point where you can begin to stretch it out. I did similar to my neck 20 odd years ago and it still gives me pain (and a free weather forecast) 3 cracked vertebrae and some herniated/collapsed discs.
Hope you've got some good meds in the meantime and a cheerful nurse?
Stay well clear of stairs

Exactly the same here. Been playing me up for close to 8 years now and always been made to look like I'm making a fuss over nothing. Had 3 mri scans and various nerve blocking injections and has never helped. It's only since my chiropractor has got involved that anything worthwhile is starting to happen.

Yes. Mines an absolute star as well as the last 10days I have deuterated from doing a little work to doing nothing and hardly able to walk at all even with a stick and now I am on Tramadol and morphine for the pain but it still won't stop. Without my Chiropractor thoroughly looking at my MRI and x-rays I don't know what the outcome may have been but atleast now the future may be brighter.

Will you update us in your progress. I've got three herniated discs and am not getting anywhere with any treatment, so interested to hear what others have had or will be having. I'm only 35 years and have sent thousands on physio, chiropractor, osteopath and now trying a personal trainer.
