Rather than buying additive at extortion rates, you’re better off buying GTL from them at that rate.

Well at least it was beginning of last week...

GTL is a far better basic fuel than either A2 or EN590.

And on BBC Breakfast this morning this morning they said we had 160 days in storage - presumably all bought when it was cheaper

Lots of competition in this area, keeps the prices keen.
Certas usually pretty good, but i have no loyalty to anyone, and would jump ship for ½p.
But again lots of competition so dont have to worry about poor service.

Ran out of Kero last night so thought as well to top up tractor tank.

None too popular with Mrs Happy for running out.
Telling her it was a good thing as now cheaper than if I’d checked when I ordered last weeks red didn’t seem to make much odds either!

105.78 derv at the pump this week - also get nectar points worth another 0.5 ppl which I hadn’t realised was as high before ‘coz previously Tesco Clubcard points were only worth 0.1 ppl so didn’t really consider them .

But we get VAT back at the 105.78 rate so that effectively makes the nectar points worth 0.6 ppl ??

That means current cost this week is 126.216 pump equivalent. I think [emoji6]

Fair enough, But I can get this price at motorway services such as Tamworth, Thurrock, Stafford, Gloucester and other services where the headline rate is over 155 ppl at the moment ...as well as every other Esso site in the UK and it has all the regular additives in and get a proper fortnightly VAT invoice .. And no queues ...
