For convenience we have used fuel cards here for a few years. Up until now the card has always been 3-5p/lt less than the forecourt price locally where we use it. In the last three months it has been marginal and occasionally more expensive than the garage. I have been offered the same card from another provider for £1/lt compared to £1.06p/lt. for this week. Just wondered which one was in line with prices others are using or is the new provider fishing for business! The potential new provider said they could offer another card for 1p less but that wouldn’t have been so convenient. We use about £400/month. All prices before VAT.

In our experience there is a big variation in prices between different fuel companies on the same card
We've had a Key fuels card with Certas for at least 7-8 months, the prices were good to start, about £1.04 l , but now are up to about £1.09. + vat ( been higher)
After comparing prices with a neighbor who has an Oil4Wales Key fuels card and has had for quite a while, we decided to get one

Oil4Wales price this week is 99.53p + vat

Strangely Oil4Wales can never get near for red diesel delivered

I feel a price rise coming on when they find that out
