Brent crude below $100 today. For reference, it was above $100 almost constantly between 2010 and 2014. So it's not unusual. Fuel should get cheaper (and it should already have fallen quite considerably from the early March highs).

Last fuel quote I had Kero was 30p cheaper than gas oil! (Was end of march)
At what point will adding Kero be financially viable?
Any one diluting gas oil with Kero?
What percentage would be safe?
If UK is currently buying alot of Russian diesel, is this going to be an option to reduce dependency on russian diesel?

OK to do on older stuff, say 50% kero to red, would,t bother on modern stuff, will get some problems.

if customs dip your tank they analise the fuel and can identify what percentage of kero you have added
not worth the risk and fines

The country will soon be bust this red diesel carry on is going to bring things onto its knees. Stuff has gone up mental anyway for construction and this is just ridiculous. I know a few older chaps that have sold their diggers. The cost of replacing then the diesel job and red tape has just sickened them.

True, I just posted what I seen. Only thing I can add is that in my youth I worked in a local hotel and customs use to block book for a week at the time and arrive off the boat and stay for a week using the hotel as their base, all very low key in those days except for the row of English registered Sierras and Transits.
