Watsons are always off the pace in my experience. I rang them the other day and they dropped the 3p difference just for the business. Then their delivery is always "next week" even if it's Tuesday I'm ringing. Shambles.

Funny how they can drop the price such a chunk, yet fuel suppliers are quick to say there are such slim margins.

I could understand if they had a great price but rubbish service or a rubbish price but good service as there's a value in that as well.

To have a poor price and poor service is a real head scratcher

Used to use Watsons but now always over priced. for the past 12 months I have been using Heltor (Plymouth), they always come in cheaper than Watsons.

Watsons took an order from me via Yagro, and then I think they realised it was a longer haul than they bargained. Cue all sorts of obstacles in setting up account (e.g. multiple, very recent, proofs of address), until I gave up.
