Doing a college project on the effect of red diesel prices on agriculture and business. Just wanted to check, are the prices people are quoting excluding VAT (I believe VAT rate is 5% up to 2300 litre order, but 20% if over 2300) but including fuel excise duty? Secondly, are prices including delivery or is that quoted separately?

Prices quoted will be plus vat but including delivery. I believe its 5% vat rate on kerosene or heating oil.

They look good, 47.67ppl delivered next wed. Was told one supplier won't guarantee delivery before Christmas!
I haven't run out but it's below the bottom of the sight glass, so I figured the extra £13.75 of the 2nd quote was easily worth 2 days extra peace if it conked out over the weekend.
I keep telling my dear wife that Emeline Pankhurst and the suffragettes chained themselves to railings just so that she (Mrs PSQ) could check the oil level herself, but no, apparently thats 'a mans job'. She's so sexist.
