Yes, thought I was getting low the day before, but only remember to dip and order yesterday. Like you say another £50 less, it’s just luck when ordering that bit.

Heard a good one last week, we have any gods amount of North Sea Oil to more than cover the UK's fuel needs ok
But it go's for other things as its better stuff for more value.

Heltor (Plymouth) 52.82ppl

Watson's was thew last I phoned, they lost out last time to Heltor, saleman asked if I had other prices and what they were, I replied yes I had other prices so you had better give me your best price first off. It seems to have worked.

Managed to order 5000l of gtl from Southern Farmers today - about 5p/l dearer than gasoil ...but hopefully save on blocked filters!

One thing the nice lady said, in wales after march, no bunded tank, no delivery . .

Butler fuels (Certas) refused to deliver to me several years ago because the heating oil tank was single skin and not bunded and I didn't want to buy a bunded tank from them. Other companies no problem, happy to deliver to my non bunded tank.

If you read below, its wales only, and residential tanks are exempt, including farm houses.

our village oil buying group ordered today the best quote we got was 46.35 ppl plus 5% vat that was with oil NRG.
