Fuel usage recording - 2 businesses

We have two businesses operating out of our yard and both share the same fuel tank. Going forward we are going to need to separate each businesses usage out in a recordable and easy to use way. Do any users know of any systems which will allow me to do this? I want to avoid having to write totals down on paper/pen or rely on staff members to remember to input the data into evernote etc...

Triscan they used where I last worked.

Fob on to unlock the system.

Enter Reg Mileage etc then it'll fuel and all recorded at HQ. Could see vehicles use from different parts of the group of companies easily.

Just needs new vehicles or Hire vehicles on the fleet to be added.

We had around 360 Vehicles on the system...and every litre accounted for.

Two meters on the tank with a lever change over valve between the pump and the meters.

Each business has it's own key for the (say red hose business one, black hose business two) nozzle. Means that you must set the valve to the correct hose for the business.

Doesn't help monitoring fuel use for an individual job but unless the staff will record it, preferably electronically, don't see how else it could be done.

Forget the lever valve put in two non return valves off the tee with two lockable lever valves.
