Fuji Robin bush cutter flywheel

I am looking for a undamaged flywheel as would like to build up another 22 cc engined bush cutter like my 43 year old, these didn't have electronic ignition until some years later, I was given one that was kept in damp conditions and they damaged the flywheel several times trying to remove it to clean the points, it has had little use and runs as new but missing most of the cooling fins (3 left on one side of the flywheel and vibrates), these are really built well with some bit more go in than most new makes and little plastic apart from the tank. the hedge cutters of same age had the same engine but with a red cowling. Had a look on Ebay and couldn't find the correct one ,The hedge cutter uses the same engine the only differences made in a few years have found is the carburettors diaphragms, one is a fraction smaller, however the larger one will fit the smaller carb.

fan
Machine all the blades off the damaged flywheel & find a plastic fan to bolt onto the face? If all else fails make up a tinplate fan to fit to the flywheel face (I did that once to an old Briggs engine on a rotavator that had a few fins missing & the same vibration issues)

I had thought about that, it needs to be a bit structural as has two pegs for the pull start to grab hold of, was thinking a good second hand one would be easier than making as those bush cutters and hedgers were very common round here, that freebie must have come twenty years ago and haven't seen any since.
