On Tuesday 22nd September from 1.00pm to 4.00pm and on the morning of the sale from 8.00am onwards
DIRECTIONS:
From Cullompton take the signposts to Bradninch, and continue past Padbrook Park Golf Course. After approx. 1½ miles take the right hand turn signposted ‘Trinity’, continue on this road until you reach a crossroads (Beacon Hill) where you turn right signposted ‘Butterleigh’. Continue along this road (do not turn right for ‘Stokehouse’) for approx. 2 miles and as reach the top of the hill the farm will be on your right hand side. ‘To the Sale’ Signs will be posted locally on the day of the sale. We will be operating a one way system on the sale day where the saleday traffic park in the field and then go out of the bottom of the farm out of a separate drive.
SPECIAL COVID 19 REGULATIONS
All persons attending the sale must adhere to the current Government Social Distancing rules and hygiene procedures. For this sale to go ahead we have had to implement a number of additional measures and precautions for the safety of our staff and customers. Some of these measures and precautions may result in small delays but are for everyone’s benefit. These include:
The lots will be set out with more space between them
The auctioneers will be selling machinery lots from a mobile rostrum and using microphones when needed, household lots will be sold from a fixed point
Hand sanitiser will be available at various points around the sale
The sales office will be screened
Viewing in enclosed areas will be restricted according to its size and air circulation
Car parking areas will be as large as possible to allow plenty of room between cars
Internal inspections of vehicles will be strictly controlled by the Auctioneers
The use of face masks is encouraged and advised

VAT:
Please note that the vendor is VAT registered, so VAT will be added to the purchase price of most lots unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. The household lots and some of the smaller lots will be sold as Non VAT.
CLEARANCE:
All lots remain at the risk of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer. Lots can only be removed once payment has been made. All machinery and household lots must be removed by 5.00pm Saturday 26th September 2020 as the farm has been re-let to a new tenant.

VIEWING:
On Tuesday 22nd September from 1.00pm to 4.00pm and on the morning of the sale from 8.00am onwards
DIRECTIONS:
From Cullompton take the signposts to Bradninch, and continue past Padbrook Park Golf Course. After approx. 1½ miles take the right hand turn signposted ‘Trinity’, continue on this road until you reach a crossroads (Beacon Hill) where you turn right signposted ‘Butterleigh’. Continue along this road (do not turn right for ‘Stokehouse’) for approx. 2 miles and as reach the top of the hill the farm will be on your right hand side. ‘To the Sale’ Signs will be posted locally on the day of the sale. We will be operating a one way system on the sale day where the saleday traffic park in the field and then go out of the bottom of the farm out of a separate drive.
SPECIAL COVID 19 REGULATIONS
All persons attending the sale must adhere to the current Government Social Distancing rules and hygiene procedures. For this sale to go ahead we have had to implement a number of additional measures and precautions for the safety of our staff and customers. Some of these measures and precautions may result in small delays but are for everyone’s benefit. These include:
The lots will be set out with more space between them
The auctioneers will be selling machinery lots from a mobile rostrum and using microphones when needed, household lots will be sold from a fixed point
Hand sanitiser will be available at various points around the sale
The sales office will be screened
Viewing in enclosed areas will be restricted according to its size and air circulation
Car parking areas will be as large as possible to allow plenty of room between cars
Internal inspections of vehicles will be strictly controlled by the Auctioneers
The use of face masks is encouraged and advised

VAT:
Please note that the vendor is VAT registered, so VAT will be added to the purchase price of most lots unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. The household lots and some of the smaller lots will be sold as Non VAT.
CLEARANCE:
All lots remain at the risk of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer. Lots can only be removed once payment has been made. All machinery and household lots must be removed by 5.00pm Saturday 26th September 2020 as the farm has been re-let to a new tenant.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
The Vendors and Stags will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone attending the sale. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all
reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. All persons entering the saleground does so at their own risk, and must comply with the requirements of any Health & Safety notices and guidelines. All persons entering the saleground are hereby given notice that there are significant risks due to vehicle movement, nature of the premises and the way the equipment is displayed. No vehicle should enter the lot layout areas whilst the sale is still in progress without express permission of the Auctioneers. Permission from the Auctioneers is required ahead of starting machinery, vehicles, or any powered equipment. Any incidents or accidents on the saleground must be reported to Stags sales office immediately. To be clear Stags cannot be held liable for any injury or damage to persons or property arising out of their negligence.
