We are a family run farm based near Rugby, Warwickshire. We run a large pig finishing enterprise, suckler herd (including pedigree suckler herd), store lambs and ewe lambs, arable including potatoes, maize and fodder beet and a small contracting business.
The successful applicants main job would include bedding (with straw chopper mainly) pig units and cows, mucking out units, feeding stock, all general stock work including pigs, bale carting, potato riddling and all general tractor work including contracting. Must be happy to do both tractor and manual work.
Tractor and forklift experience essential with a full UK Licence and preferably telehandler licence.
No accomodation provided. Normal working hours would be 7.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday with overtime during busy times of the year. Competative rate of pay dependant on experience.
