Basically I want people to do brix before and post application of fungicides, taken at the same time of day preferably between 2-4pm.

I saw some very interesting observations last year and I want to see which fungicides have the least damaging impact on microbiology in the symbiotic sense. Have a read of the thing below to get an idea.

We have been doing some trials for the last couple of years, whereby we have been assessing the soil microbial communities following applications of different fungicides and non-'fungicide' applications (Sulphur, Mn, Si etc), if that's any help? This year we're assessing whether there are different microbial communities in areas of specific weeds, versus nearby clean areas (Literally 5m away). Will have to ask my pal if i can let you have some of the results if you want them.....?

Here you go @willy, Variety trial with different tramline fungicide treatments. These are brix readings form 3 fungicide tramline on the left and no fungicide on the right. Also a few from around the outside of trial area which also had 3 fungicides. It is clear that the fungicides have lowered the sugar levels by upsetting photosynthesis somehow.
