I have followed the funky farmer on you tube for many years, for knows who dont know him, his a small dairy farmer in gloustershire, shows the everyday work, the ups and downs a small livestock farm faces to survive and provide a living? no massive amazon or celebrity messing about but an honest struggle? latest youtube post and the one that made me post this was he was told that one of his grazing fields had been flytipped in, this now is his problem to clear up at his time and expense, time and expense with the workload he has he dosnt need? not only that but the shear anger and disgust it makes you feel about who could do it and if the countryside wasnt cleaned up and maintained what a s...thole it would soon become? this now is reaching to much that and animal attacks by dogs, whats to be done? answers please?

but it just cant be excepted by society? its getting worse, i think and its sad to say, that breaking the law is getting common place? it seems to me its those in society that try to be law abiding and do the right thing are penalised, lose out , the law breakers are winning? Look at that terrible case of the pc and travellers who won that ?

Zero tolerance is what is needed? yes you cant educate some or ask them nicely? now you must go on the attack, fine them, shame them, set some examples in the local area?

I think Richard says it all:

That looks like a “professional” fly tipper, they’ll have made a pretty packet to “dispose” of that lot for someone. Their vehicles should be crushed, preferably with them still in it, they almost always turn out to be career criminals of one sort or another.
Round here the Council are making it harder and harder for the public to take stuff to the tip. Result is more dumped everywhere else. Not had anything like on that scale yet, but it is a worry.

I'm some detective work could find out where this came from obviously some roofing and kitchen refurb, with all the modern media such as local face book and what's ap it shouldn't be hard to track down whose had work done, might even be serial numbers on the appliances.
We get it from time to time, one load very similar items to this, traced it to local chinese takeaway, had a very interesting talk with the builder who denied it until I mentioned the police and EA .
Quite often these scum are too thick not to leave evidence behind

It's too difficult/awkward to get rid of any rubbish at the moment. Wheelie bins every other week that stink in the meantime and get over full. We have two bins in the house: burnables and non burnable. The non burn able goes in any wheelie that has room irrespective or recyclability and you can guess what we do with the other. Not allowed to take the pick up into the local tip which boils my pee. We'd like to be all responsible but we don't pay all that council tax to get shat on over things as stupid as petty bin collection.

makes you wonder why they made such a fuss over the wood burner smoke in London..... not really, guess where the old furniture and burnable rubbish is going: not in the overful stinky wheelie bin that's for sure.

Not been a victim yet however tomorrow can be a different story.

Locally there are a few spots where this has happened at walkers car parks and green lanes, luckily for local farmers where the council had to clear up the mess.

I know for a fact there are hidden cameras at the worst places installed by the council.

Only happened last week however not where a camera could catch them.

Scumbags…..!

Almost every layby around here has stuff dumped in it. The council even runs a very good recycling centre nearby that's very efficient, loads of space and 100% free. It's obviously just a mentality with these vermin.

I've noticed a few cars sitting suspiciously at the side of single track roads in the middle of nowhere with a driver and passenger just sitting there looking in either direction as though checking the coast is clear.

About all you can do is lock all field gates and hope they drive to somewhere else. Not a cure and generally an added pain for everyday farming, but that’s the only thing that will reduce your risk. Even then if they have decided they want you to have it, it will end up on your land.

the thing is this, to have what you call a society, you have to have rules, and if rules are broken somesort of punishment has to happen whever thats physicall? or fine or shaming? think of a club or any society that say is created on a desert island, rules have to be made and those who break them have to face the consecences?
