Future meat

Everybody keeps telling us how in the future agriculture will not be able to provide enough food. World prices for milk grain and meat seem to indicate that this time is some way off yet.

Have to say I'm not overly worried about feeding the billions. Different protein/food sources are going to become a lot more prevalent though in my opinion

So for it to work it will need to be cheaper than farming as the main reason there are people starving is they simply can not afford food.........in fact it will need to be so much cheaper it's practically free.

Not only would the food need to be free, but all the associated distribution costs would need to be 0 as well.

So on reflection, advanced western farming industries will not be able to feed the world, due to economic constraints, not production ones.
