When the milk price was at its worst, didn't Meadow give notice to some suppliers that were on the periphery?

to the best of my knowledge they didn't give notice to any one but I might be wrong they reduced the price for everyone instead by taking 20% a litres and turning them into b litres for 9p they said this was done instead of giving notice to suppliers
