Gallagher Smart fence 2

My good lady wife ? got one for me for our wedding anniversary. Nice bit of kit. (Bit pricey for 100m of fence) I've put it up all nice and easy and looks good ? very quick and light weight.
Anybody got one? What do I need to look out for? It's not the most robust looking thing, it better last a while otherwise, we'll, we better not go there!!!! ?

They look good but I think you could just about put up a permanent fence for the price

I know, it was a gift so I'm not complaining and I will use it a lot. Our property is set up for horses, the biggest paddocks are 100mx50m and I strip graze the sheep

If it was say 400m I think I would be buying one with the time they look like they'd save, looks good. Let us know how you get on

Gallagher are good quality and were the first in the field. I was a rep (briefly, until I'd fenced my own place!) and most of the insultimber posts I put up 30 years ago are still good (except the ones I hit with an implement but I just screw those to a 3'x3'!).

I can't see why they can't make it bigger, maybe they are waiting for feedback on this one first. Mrs Clodhopper got it sent from Gallagher HQ in Hamilton after a "sopp story" as they were sending them all to the US at the moment. Will need moving in a couple of days (sheep going behind it today) will give my opinion after that.
