Galvanising questions

Hiya.Is there a hot dip galv place in the North West-Lancs area.I have a small sprayer I was gonna galv.been painted once over original with Hammerite, failed. Would like to take tank n bits bobs off and sort the frame properly. The band around the middle of it is the worst. Drilled holes in it underneath to let water out,as didn't have any,but still rusting badly.
Any help please.
Thanks.

I rather think there is galvanising and galvanising. I suspect chassis part are in the dip for a few seconds.
Nah, well galvanised Chassis, besides, does it matter how long it's in the tank for?
it's a sacrificial coating it doesn't last forever. Same as zinc flashings getting thin and then leakig.
i think zinc played may be different though.
