I have got one about that size, the walls were bulging out and roof sagging, so I made a angle iron truss and legs to the floor, and tin on roof, it's spot on now

This is why i dont want to buy on as even the cheap ones this size start at £800 and for one half decent is at least £1500. One i seen i really like is double that!

Got most of the gear just need the ideas! Got mitre saw etc just need to buy a cheap air nail gun.

the only thing to know is what you are going to keep in it? anything thats rusts insulate the shed walls and roof ,gutters ,line the inside with osb so no corners for dust ,good double doors with good locks,no windows ,concrete base to stop rats, put it up on one or two courses of bricks to stop damp

Yes i do intend to insulate it and have power so not quite looking for your average domestic garden shed:)
Will have a concrete base for sure.

I think the technical name for such a shed is man cave:D

What sort of design do you want? I'll draw how to make it :)

Pent i think so flat roof but im not a fan of felt so sheets of some sort. Father inlaw got some corrugated sheets of black stuff on his shed from wickes that seem okay.
Something with decent height which i believe 2.5metres is the max with out planning? Door in end and i guess a window on the long side.

Have i missed anything?

i would leave the window out
depends what you going to keep it it

The usual garden stuff mower wheel barrow spade etc, kids toys, a tumble dryer over spill from the house as we have no loft storage. Bench etc for making-fixing house stuff.

I'll not be using it to fix telehandlers:whistle:

did not think you would be
just thinking of the unwanted snoopers about looking in windows seeing what you got
