Hi need some advice anything will be welcome
Feed troughs always lose their accuracy over period of time which is getting ever shorter.....one day they feed heavy so recalibrate them and a week later they underfeed so calibrate again and vise versa.
motors are quite old and only ever replaced 2.
We put a new feed control box in 2018 to calibrate more accurately and still plays up,we have replaced feeders transformer and put new board in new control box and we still havnt got to the bottom of the problem
My engineer has not got a clue what else to do.....the runtime on the control box doesn't adjust but there must be surges in power that drive motors intermittently faster or slower than what's programmed even though the transformer to feeders has been replaced with new one....the variation can be as high as 20 to 30 percent and is ruining this winters feeding.....any thoughts ta
