Gsm intercom on the gate with a keypad for regulars,small cost of calls from the gate to you or chosen numbers but worth it.

How many units?
CCTV and 24/7 security guard on a gate and a fully fenced perimeter divide the cost by the number of units and charge them for it.
Tenants should pay more for a secure site.
I think there’s about 20 of them. He’s suggested it and they aren’t interested because the units are secure from breakins but the site isn’t secure from travellers. It’ll be if travellers turned up the tenants would then complain.

If it's only smaller parcels and not pallets, could you install a locker system similar to what you see on garage forecourts in towns. Then couriers could leave parcels in a customers locker

The lockers would get broken into as the drive is 1000m long and it’s open countryside at the end. No houses for about a mile. It’s also pallets of stuff etc.

Five nature-recovery projects spanning nearly 100,000ha across the West Midlands, Cambridgeshire, the Peak District, Norfolk and Somerset have been announced by the government and Natural England today (Thursday, May 26).

This is the equivalent in size to all 219 current National Reserves.

The aim of the projects is to deliver nature recovery at a landscape scale, helping to tackle biodiversity loss, climate change and improve public health and well-being.
