What was that, taffy?
Hand on heart, I have never and would never take offence at being called: English, Welsh, Scottish, Northern Irish / Irish or British. Or: Pommy, Paddy, Taffy, Jock, Brit, Limey etc.; in fact I'd consider any and all a compliment. And... that also goes for being called a: Canuk, Ozzy, Kiwi, Rhodie, Zimbo, Saffer or Yank too! All of which I have at one time or another been called - among many other things too... :)

Reminds me of some years ago, working with a local fencing contractor and a farmer who knew him well, the banter was flowing and the farmer happened to mention he had traded in his old tractor and that it was going to be exported , to Africa.
The fencing contractor quick as anything, quipped that it will, most likely by now, have a bigger chopper on its seat ...:ROFLMAO:

What a lovely story. Just shows how evil cows and pigs are although to be fair she was guilty of hate speech with the shirt thing.
