Is this the start of internet's decline? I tried to read an article on a Canadian university's web site and I was blocked due to my location being in Europe and the new data protection rules.
Hope this is not going to spread and limit research and education.
if you are using chrome as your browser to right hand corner there are 3 dots , put your mouse on that and select new incognito window .
then in the top line where it shows your web page thread just type waht you are searching for as you would if you put it in google home page and your off
Whether or not you decide to use incognito mode in chrome or the equivalent in another browser, your IP address will still be exposed. This is typically how a website decides where you're "from".
The only real way to hide or masquerade this is to use a VPN to conceal your ISP assigned IP address.
