I know it is not a savings plan, just as I know my house insurance is not a savings plan, and my car insurance is not a savings plan. If they were I would be rich!
I just thought I was covered because I was told I was covered.

I see it as part of the creeping privatisation - I have to pay for a dentist because there is no NHS dentist for 50 miles with room on his books. Yes, I do expect to pay for my care if I have to go into a home, where I would not last long, but how long before a visit from the District Nurse was charged?

Brexit was level pegging remain all throughout the campaign Corbyns got no chance, he might have a load of leftists in working class towns that have come out to vote for him, but thats no good when them towns already have a labour mp anyway ,

This election was never about even the remotest possibility of JC winning. It was simply about TM increasing her majority in the house to record levels. That's what the polls indicate when she called the election.

Meanwhile she personally has made a dogs dinner of the manifesto and the election campaign in general. Big danger now is she returns with not much of an increase in her majority. If so she will be nothing short of a lame duck with one wing in the Brexit negotiations with her own party and parliament questioning every jot and dot on the negotiations.

Utter bollox.
The majority she has now have already put the House of Lords in their place re tinkering with Brexit.
Any other adjustments in domestic issues are just a diversion.
They all know they have to get Brexit right or they are out on their arses next time.

So she had enough majority to deal with Brexit. Nevertheless with several years to go in this parliament she saw a necessity to call an election!
Wonder why?

Who cares.
Theres only one viable PARTY to vote for at this moment in time.
The rest are a shambles.
Forget voting for your local mp. Just vote for the only party with any chance of pulling off a satisfactory outcome to the immediate task ahead.

Trouble is I vote Tory more often than not. I'm not comfortable with a U Turner as PM. She creates unnecessary problems with her autocratic style. Then to get out of the problem she digs in further. Then she compounds the problem by continuing to dig. Then embarrassingly does a U turn.
Now Corbyn....... chaotic to boot ...... but strong. He does not back down despite all the efforts of half the party. TM is weak as water going into battle on Brexit!

There was no way the eu would give us a good deal knowing that if they delayed the process by 6 months it would of been back in to another election time .This way they know that they have got to deal with the government for 5 more years and she if elected will have got rid of some of eurofile mp to make her job easier

Thought the exit from EU was a two year process in the first instance! Five year term of new British government doesn't change that fact.

No that's the time scale as things stand now and extending by a few months to keep the gravy train going will appeal to them
