Situation Vacant General Farm Worker/Tractor Driver ( Full Time Position)

HM & NJ How are a family farming business based on the Northants/Beds/Cambs border. The farm is a diverse, predominantly arable business with a small herd of pedigree Hereford suckler cows. We run a varied fleet of modern machinery.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our small team.

This role is ideal for an energetic and enthusiastic person looking to put their own stamp on the business whilst ultimately helping the business to grow and thrive.



Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Cultivations
  • Grain Carting
  • Drilling
  • Fertiliser Spreading
  • Relief Spraying
  • Hedge Cutting
  • Workshop Maintenance
  • Looking After Livestock
  • Digger Driving
  • General Farm work
Key Requirements

  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Ability to work well as an individual or as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Good Record keeping
  • Experience with GPS and Autosteer
  • Basic workshop skills
  • Telehandler certificate
  • PA1 & 2
  • Willing to use a brush as well as a machine!
Training can be given to the right person if needed.

40hrs per week with overtime available during peak periods
