Not sure if this has been posted before? It would seem Wild Justice are challenging Defra, Natural Resources Wales and SNH on the legality of the general licences again. It reads like not only will they challenge the General Licences but push for an individual licence for each bird species and farm. Might make spring drilling that bit more difficult?
