Ladies and Gentlemen, the Govt has released a very informative video covering the 10 steps (yes, TEN!) businesses will have to follow to import goods from the EU after a no-deal Brexit

And here's the equivalent video for those wishing to export goods, 10 steps as well...

a bonus point to whoever can tell me which arch-Brexiteer said the following quote:

"You have just convinced me what my gut always knew – it is so complicated and convoluted, we must get the hell out."

FFS I doubt I will bother buying much from the UK if there is a no deal. Better things to do than fill forms in all day.:banghead:

Would we have to?
I am the customer / end user, if I buy ERTH parts from NI doesn't he have to do all this paperwork? Won't it arrive in the post as it always has?

I would guess that importing simple things like that would be just done though an export courier who will fill out all the necessary documentation (This would most likely be the Single Administrative Document (SAD)) for ERTH, so the main difference will be instead of it costing £30 to ship, it will be £100 + VAT + Tariff if applicable. :inpain:
