Forage seed specialist Germinal has appointed Paul Morgan as Area Sales Manager covering the central and southern counties of England and Wales.

He will provide sales support and technical advice to customers in this region in relation to Germinal GB’s range of Aber High Sugar Grass herbage seed mixtures as well as complementary white and red clovers, multi-species leys, brassicas, maize, lucerne and other forage seeds.

Coming from a mixed farming background in Monmouthshire, Paul is rooted in the fundamentals of practical agriculture, from livestock nutrition to crop establishment. He has pursued a successful career off the farm in agribusiness for the past ten years, with business-to-business roles in farm machinery, forage and animal health sectors giving him a broad base of experience in merchant support and farm services. Paul is an AMTRA-qualified SQP and has FACTS training.

With retained interests in the home farm, Paul stays grounded managing a pedigree flock of Blue Texel sheep and a herd of Dexter cattle, whilst he also enjoys showing horses with his wife and two young daughters.
