With Apple music you say "Siri, I like this track" and it alters the music it plays to your taste as well as playing those tracks more regularly. If you say you don't like it then it doesn't play it again.

dont know if Alexa does similar.... we have both, Alexa is more useful and better general music for children, HomePod is much, much better sound but more edgy and unusual music.

Ive not bought any music for probably ten years.would like to maybe put cd on computer and then take what tracks i want for my phone but no idea how to
Nick...
Put cds on laptop. Connect phone with usb cable. Select what files you want and copy to phone. If your vehicle has voice assistance it will link to Google assist on your phone then you can just ask it to play what you want

Amazon music unlimited is about £7.99/month from memory. Well worth it. Download all the music you want to your phone so you aren't using mobile data.
£100/year! Worth it? Really? Well over £1000 a decade per person if they raise prices with inflation.
Subscriptions can cost a fortune. Apart from Amazon Prime and the TV license, I cancelled nearly all my subs nearly a decade ago. Amazon Prime includes a lot of free music streaming.

It's not £100 per person, it's £8.99 a month for the household. Similar to Amazon Prime.

I understand the music side of Prime has been stopped now.
