I don’t think even NZ can out green a rainforest...
Mate, there's only one way to find out...?
Bugger, ffs two week is managed self isolation?
When I returned from the UK a few years back flying into Auckland in early February, we had to fly around the Hauraki Gulf before landing at the airport, the amount and different shades of green would have brought tears to even those from the Emerald Isle!!!?

Your wording made it sound like Kangaroo Valley was somewhat close to Tamworth for me to have seen. I'm thinking that's not what you were meaning though...

We drove down from Brisbane, didn't do much sightseeing in other directions.

Plenty of colour change when you drive out of the Daintree and into Cape York. Not really what I was meaning in my initial post though ?

Uncovered the garden to try and take advantage of rain in the forecast. Didn’t amount to much though and it’s been too damn windy so this morning I turned the hose on (it thawed out a couple days ago so I have water in the yard again ?) One day I’ll remember to zip into town and grab a sprinkler so I can give it a a couple good soakings before locking it in for the summer.

Got a massive problem with mares tail in the raised beds so are abandoning it for the year to try and spray and kill it.It really is an awful weed, difficult to kill and just spreads relentlessly.

Ploughed and cultivated a plot in the field by the house instead and you can see where I’ve done another one just over the hedge for potatoes....to my fathers annoyance as it’s going to need fencing off from the cows.
