If you use hammer and chisel wear goggles... I made up a pullers to do similar job ... looks like a replacement bearing has been fitted sometime also looks like a cover is fitted so hiding grease point

Find a pair of longs bolts, grind either side of the head off to leave a T shape & that will fit between the two races. Push them through, turn 90 degrees & either use them in a puller or find a piece of steel & drill two holes so you can put it across the end of the shaft & use the bolts with nuts on as a crude bearing puller.

Before you get carried away with the gas 🤦🏻‍♂️, put some safety glasses on then if there’s any of the bearing cage left use a punch between the balls to remove it.
Then raise the shaft so all the balls can drop to the bottom. You should then be able to just flick the balls out with a screwdriver and remove the outer and housing together.
Then if you can get on the centre with a grinder cut a slot as far as possible then use a chisel to split it if you can’t get in with the grinder try pullers and some gentle heat.

I would be very careful about just trying to smash it out, there was a lecturer at Evesham Tech with a plate for his front teeth, I asked him why he was wearing a plate and he said he was smashing up a bearing (on a set of discs I think) in a field, and one of the bits flew up and took out his teeth.
