A pisher of an April or May would concern me more. Or June. Maybe July or August too.
I’ll stop now.
I’ll stop now.
It's meant as a tad tounge in cheek as was the original "Getting Concerned" thread started on 25th of Sept for which I was lambasted at the time,,,,,,,,,,, time will tell how much water there is to go under the bridge and may I just add that if you have a reasonable % planted then you might not be quite as concerned as a man who has nothing,,,,,,, but yes sometime to go yet
Regarding the 3 crop rule, WW planted after 31st Jan is regarded as Spring Wheat agronomically (or supposed to be!). Why do they have to make it so complicated.

Two weeks ahead has been drier for the past 5 months until it gets to next week when it goes tits up againFirst half of March looks to be drier with high pressure, according to BBC long range forecast.
Where did you get that from ?march and april looking catchy, may onwards dry
Is sowing in May going to be any good ?march and april looking catchy, may onwards dry
Is sowing in May going to be any good ?
Are you sure, if you throw six sixes on the trot, the odds of a seventh remains 1:6...the longer the rain keeps falling the more likely the weather will give a longer drier spell
2013 cold snowy march gave use a dryish april with 25 days when we were drilling
then a wet spell in may to get crops growing
