In the middle.
Cut so winter wheat for a neighbour today. Went in wet with a combi drill and struggled all year. Did about 3 ton/ac, was 16% moisture at 2pm and down to 15% as i finished about 5.30pm. Go home and into my triticale which is a joy to combine compared to the barley I've been on. Yield is around the 2.5t/ac in the first field but I think I was a bit mean on the seed rate in here. Second field looks better.

I’ll give you 3 guesses and the first 2 don’t count....... 😁
I’m wondering if any winter crop matures after its spring equivalent given normal sowing times. Can’t think of one.

My spring oats will be cut before the winters...but were sown immediately before the springs in late March so I guess that doesn’t count.
