Getting dry

6mm. So that takes us to one inch since 15 march. But another inch mid June and one in early july would be quite adequate.
You had no rain forecast, but got 6mm.
We had a weather warning for rain and got 4mm over the weekend.
I must of been really bad in a previous life.
Bullocks to it.

Its been very strange really. The weather forecast on the telly has been showing these big bands of blue, but by the time they get to here they have become often very short intense bursts. In one my daddy had half an inch of rain whereas I got 6 despite being next door. Its proving very sporadic. The only link seems to be that every time Mrs Teslacoils puts the laundry on the line it rains.

yeah the bit we actually got was not on the forecast and it’s been raining most of the morning taking us to closer to 10mm in the end but if you look on the radar it’s only been light stuff

Well... this confirms my suspicions that Norfolk and Suffolk are now the hardest parts of the UK to grow crops... We get rain off the North Sea in the Autumn, and nothing in the Spring.
