gfw required for busy dairy farm. cheltenham

A position has recently become available on a family run 260 cow unit in the cotswolds , accommodation available on farm rent free.
The ideal candidate would enjoy working with dairy cows,but also have an aptitude for machinery as feeding an scraping out are daily tasks.Busier times will invole slurry tanking ground work and silaging. Regular time off ,payed weekly on an hourly basis. Non smoker essential.A full valid driving license required.Must be able to work as part of a team and able to take on board instructions.The position would suit someone who wants to progress in the industry as full results from promar are available and all milk test results are sent to all staff,ideally this involvement will lead to a greater interest in driving the business forwards.
A newly commissioned 14/28 fullwood parlour has recently fitted with relevant management tools.Cows are overwintered in 260 newly fitted matted cubicles in electronically scrapped passages .
Feeding is all tmr.
Loadall work is a regular part of the day.
200 youngstock on farm.
Accomodation is fully equiped with tv, washer ,dryer cooker and fridge.
