If it moveable or can be rolled into place , does that mean there's no requirement for planning permission or notifying local authority about it

Simple answer is; yes to planning permission.

Haven’t read through the whole thread so might have been mentioned but has anyone done something with an old horse lorry/box? And rules with planning etc. I know Wye Farmer on Instagram (Ali Hunter Blair) from Ross-on-wye has done one and it looks pretty cool!
