Talking to a relative yesterday and he hasn't had his capital works or annual payment and both are substantial amounts. He wasn't very happy.

There was a piece on Ffermio this week about late payment of Glastir. The llywodraeth say they are working hard to remedy the situation so that's alright. I had my latest capital works payment today along with 3 queries about my saf so I don't anticipate a speedy remedy in my case. 25th May last year.

Payment statement today with no penalties. Payment within 5 days of 8th June.
Time to start on all the spending plans!
Spoke too soon! Penalty letter this week. I was penalised about 3.5k last year. After the appeal window had closed, so they would not think it was an appeal, I wrote and asked them to explain what the penalties were for. That was in August. I am still awaiting a reply.

I am in the last year of my GA and the extension year of GE.
I was intending to make the expression of interest for 2018 but had a letter telling me 'not' to do that as they were developing policy for extending us early adopters another way. The letter dated months ago said they would write in the next few weeks but there is nothing.
Anyone else reaching the end of scheme had any communication?
