According to this https://www.statista.com/statistics/237908/global-top-wheat-producing-countries/

Ukraine produced 33 million tons of wheat in 2021, its not 25% but quite a big heap some of which has to be found elsewhere.
I seem to remember being told at college the useful number was the days supply, with combines rolling at different times across the planet that Ukraine figure is part of the northern hemisphere harvest and there may not be enough in store for it to be replaced by wheat from the Southern Hemisphere when it’s cut.

All this is a moot point for the countries that were buying all their wheat from Ukraine

if there's that much fert capacity about, why can't we get it, on farm, at a sensible price
I used to follow her on twitter for quite a while. When you've read all of her output you realise whilst she does have some informative takes but she does talk some sh*t I think this could be an example of that
it has nothing to do with with any sh#t being talked,
the absolute truth is, the amount of N that gets on farm, and used, and the price of that N, if you cannot obtain it, or afford it, it isn't going to be used, with the resulting production drop.
but she is right on a few points,
N has been cheap, and a lot has been 'wasted'
many farms would be better run as part time holdings, better for the farmer and his family.
and she talks the type of crap, guvs like to listen to.
