The modern way of processing wheat is the problem, to put it bluntly . Anyone eating White Bread needs their head testing
I only buy wholemeal bread
My grandad run a bakery and bought his flour from a local mill . He said in the 30ts that white bread was bad for you

I can leave proper wholemeal bread on the shelf for a week and it's still fresh , that white mush goes green with mold in a few days

Acid reflux I get from white bread is ridiculous.

You can durect drill without it, hit water.and some bi carb soda will kill plants..or you can plant a flat white clover and graze off and seed straight into it.,plenty of yanks direct drilling into rolled rye.

I would most likely sow Westerwolds or Italain here that would hopefully take over then overseed that a year later with herbs and clover, Brasicas would be difficult though

Im looking at strip tilling in my summer crops, going different directions when paddocks are due.

Weeds most likely grow in compaction i find, theres a reason they are there, looki g at ny own farm where they spring up compaction is the culprit alot of the time.

Not this winter but bect i hope to make my prototype hot spray for weed kill around the yard at first.
