Glyphosate and Rain

Sprayed a grass field today with Gallup 360 (5l/ha) that I intend to direct drill new grass into.
2 hours later got thunderplump 12mm in half an hour
Question is should I respray, at full rate, part rate or whatever ???
Wanted a few thoughts TIA

It will be ok as long as it had a bit of time to dry on the leaf, in 2 hours before the rain i would think it would of started to take it in.

+1,sprayed some last year and had a poor take.More to do with rain shortly after and cool temperatures.

No it will take perhaps seven days for it to wilt and fourteen for complete kill.

I'd give it a week and see what's what , I've heard all these tales of spraying with the dew on etc, but IME if it rains within a couple of hours it's forked , so it'll have to be sprayed again , also the cheap 360's are fine for pre harvest but I prefer some better gear for grass kill.

Because there are plenty of months to sow grass and few to eat it...

There's probably a few less sowing months in this part of the country than yours.

I think you will be ok. Have had thunderstorms just after coming out of the field and been ok. However I usually use a 480g formulation but at 4 l/ha.

We seeded some today finally about 6 weeks later than we wanted to but because of the dry we held off. We wouldn't normally do it but needed to clear a pile of muck out of the way and we weren't short of grazing area where it is so brought it forward a few months.

The rule I was always told was one hour dry.
Try an experiment, spray it on your flower bed..........now try and wash it off!!

Bulls a Beef Shorthorn and he was easy calving, sadly lost him last year.
