I was offered 6.5p yesterday but I'm stuck in a long term ppa. I got 4.7 for Nov. Has anyone every got out of a ppa.

It is possible, iSEM presented an opportunity to break many long term PPAs but it would depend entirely on the exact wording of the PPA which you entered into. Check the termination clause in the first instance.

Just wondering if any of you have come across ways of getting out of PPA's?
A friend of mine has an AD but is in an 8 Year PPA and on a terrible price. Could he use ISEM as a way of getting out?

Sell the ad plant to a new formed company. If the ad plant is already in a company may be more difficult but still possible

Its a local company in N.Ireland called Go Power. Might not be any good to you if your based elsewhere however.
