Going rate for cattle housing

What are cattle sheds worth this winter. Mains water provided. Feed and bedding supplied by owner of cattle who would pop round to feed and bed . Probably want use of my loader though .

I think it’s only about 40 stores. We’ve got sheds that’ll house 160, but I’m not too bothered these days . Like to keep my machinery undercover

I’ve been offered a building locally that can house around 80 cattle comfortably and 45 acres of grass. I valued the shed at £3000/year and the grass at £40/acre for summer only, fenced but unfertilised.
