Some threads in Agricultural Matters should be in off topic.
However the threads I think you are commenting on do seem to act like baby sitters and keep certain members too busy to post in the more useful threads.

I think there's definitely a lack of topics to discuss recently.

I would imagine with the dry weather, every tractor, plough, spreader, digger, cement mixer, pressure washer, fert spinner, weed wiper, paint sprayer and anything else agricultural is on the go 24/7, leaving little time or brain cells for stimulating and witty conversation. Any remaining leisure time spent in the garden or outside the pub with friends and family.

Check back in December. We'll have plenty to moan about then :rolleyes:.
