Had Lawrence and Richard the 2 main sprayer technicians from Horsch in a few days ago, they were up in the area doing a job on another machine and had some time to spare so were calling in to see some of their customers in the area, as it happens i had a couple of questions about the sprayer which they sorted out and also updated some software on control box foc and also found a broken Oring in a hydraulic valve which i didn't know about as something wasn't acting how it should which they spotted straight away, so pretty damn good service from the Horsch team

Left a message, and within an hour the main man called me back. Without hesitation he said he'd get the correct parts out to us. They arrived today and we'll be on with the job next week. Can't say fairer than that.
