Had Lawrence and Richard the 2 main sprayer technicians from Horsch in a few days ago, they were up in the area doing a job on another machine and had some time to spare so were calling in to see some of their customers in the area, as it happens i had a couple of questions about the sprayer which they sorted out and also updated some software on control box foc and also found a broken Oring in a hydraulic valve which i didn't know about as something wasn't acting how it should which they spotted straight away, so pretty damn good service from the Horsch team (y)

Kev Bond, trading as Weld Fabrication from Deddington near Banbury.

He came out to my place for three days to complete several jobs for me. He worked damn hard in boiling hot weather, all done to a very high standard.

As a bonus, good entertainment on a tea break too, a real character!

He’s very experienced with steel framed building work too.

Good service from GE Baker / Quality Equipment this week.

We ordered some equipment back in July, which arrived in good time. Finally got round to starting the job on Tuesday, only to find some pipes that were supposed to be threaded at one end were plain at both ends.

Despite the time elapsed and our obvious oversight in not checking everything when it arrived, I rather sheepishly called to see if something could be done.
Left a message, and within an hour the main man called me back. Without hesitation he said he'd get the correct parts out to us. They arrived today and we'll be on with the job next week. Can't say fairer than that.

Top service today from Chafer Machinery and in particular Ben Bryant. Over the phone he talked us through the problem - gave us a temporary work around so we could continue spraying and will be sending the bits asap. Top service and a delight to talk to an after sales support person who knows their product completely! Thank you Ben!

You'll rarely go wrong with Chafer.

I still need to get them down to sort my pressure/flow regulation crossover - it's never been ideal since the flowmeter was fitted. It's not easy fitting in a time that the sprayer, tractor and me aren't in use to make it happen.

Needed some parts for our Avant loader.
Emailed Avant UK's parts department with my requirements.
Garry Knox emailed back explaining that they didn't deal direct but these were the part numbers I needed, they were in stock and our local dealer was CPSLift.com at Pontefract.
He'd already copied Paul Debnam in my email who had already emailed me a quote for the parts, had a chat to him on the phone, agreed he was to send an invoice, he also offered to email me some extra manuals for the machine.

All excellent to deal with, dead chuffed with my experience of both companies!
