Longley Farm gooseberry yoghurt - one of my favourites, ; plus I like to put 10kg in the freezer to use over the next 12 months. Always have stewed gooseberry on my cereal or porridge in the morning......... Cracking fruit, which we don't shout about enough.

Totally agree. Although some of the posts on this thread are making me think a bit. I don't really have time to spend months pruning bushes in winter, unless I got the wife to do it, she knows more than me about how to prune a bush.
