GPS mount

Recently got a new gps which mounts on the window by a suction pad but I’m not convinced this is strong enough for the job any suggestions on how to make it stronger ? Cheers

I would not use a window sucker for permenant fitting many tractors have a mounting bar or pre drilled mounting points

Yeah could do that but we wanted it directly behind the steering wheel ideally

What kind of suction mount is it ?

Mine is on a RAM mount and as long as you put it on damp it sticks fine for months at a time

It came with the gps which is a patchwork black box air I’ll upload a picture tomorrow if I remember but we just don’t trust it staying put going across rough land etc

Mine is a patchwork and sits fine just clean the window and the cup and damp it to make a seal

RAM mount attached directly to part of the tractor. Will never cause an issue at all.

Not cheap, but certainly the best long term option.

It should be a ram mount then, we had a patchwork, always stuck to windscreen in front of steering wheel, and never ever came off until you wanted it to, as said, for months at a time.
